Homeless dog (Бродячая собака) — And where should we go

‘And where should we go’ — live-recorded album by Homeless dog, the psychedelic electro-acoustic duo consisting of a screech of saxophone and electric guitar, vocals, synthesizers and ethnic instruments, in which Vladimir Sidorov and Ilya Sheyman study various forms of absurdity and chaos, scream and freeze, uprooting everything that is dug into the depths of thoughts and feelings.

The musicians of the duo speak about the album as follows:

“The war has come, which we did not want, were afraid of, which we are fighting against and which we hate. Up to this day, it keeps us awake at night, haunts us on the way to school or work, guards nearby grocery stores and on the subway, seeps into people's faces and rots, infecting their internal organs. Others lose their homes and loved ones, migrating all over the world in search of space and safety and do not know where to go.

We don't know where we should go either. This live recording is our hour-long story about the feeling of being lost and empty, when there is nothing you can grab onto and everything disappears: the former world that you loved and tried to protect, but could not save, because there are people vaster than you and more terrible”

"И куда нам деваться" — live-альбом Бродячей собаки, психоделического электроакустического дуэта в составе скрежета саксофона и электрической гитары, вокала, синтезаторов и этнических инструментов. Участники проекта Владимир Сидоров и Илья Шейман изучают различные формы абсурда и хаоса, кричат и замирают, выкорчёвывают всё, что врыто в глубину мыслей и чувств.

Авторы рассказывают о содержимом альбома так:

“Наступила война, которую мы не хотели, боялись, против которой мы боремся и которую ненавидим. Она по сей день не даёт нам спать по ночам, преследует нас по пути на учёбу и работу, караулит у продуктовых магазинов и в метро, просачивается в лица людей и гниёт, заражая их внутренние органы. Другие теряют дома и близких, разлетаются по миру в поисках воздуха и безопасности и не знают куда им деться.

Мы тоже не знаем куда нам деться. Этот лайв — наш часовой рассказ об ощущении потерянности и пустоты, когда не за что хвататься и все пропадает: тот прежний мир, который ты любил и оберегал, но не смог сохранить, потому что есть люди выше и страшнее”.

Альбом складывался весной и летом 2022-го года, был записан живьём для TESTFM в сентябре.
